Took the Cable car up to the top ... for the views and was not disappointed.
Once I found a proper position with the city, bay & cable car views I went with an ND filter to get the motion blur. This ended up being a ½ second exposure at f/11. It wasn't hard to time the train with the proper length of exposure, but it was time-consuming as trains run every 10 minutes. Ideally, I would have rather had the motion blur in the other direction...
