The Chicago River shines at night. This was just behind Kingsbury Plaza (where many a dog walk begins). I was lucky enough to catch this architectural tour boat heading downtown. Heading back over the bridge after a camera-packing dog walk, I spotted this scene and quickly fumbled to get a shot. A bit of panic set in when I saw this fleeting moment, well... fleeting...
