Terrific light! Thanks for the history info.

Thank you! We hit 2.5 World Heritage sites in our sorry stay in Malta. I say .5 because Mdina isn't officially one yet, but it will probably happen soon enough.

Artist's Description

First built as a castle by the sea (Castrum Maris) around 1240. It was refurbished some 300 years later into a serious fortification & then again some 150 years after that.

I found the juxtaposition so interesting - a massive super-yacht moored beside the almost 800-year-old structure.

I am a traveler & a foodie & a night owl - and my photography reflects that. So, yes, I gravitate towards urban/city and street scenes, and also have a wild, yet really unattainable dream of visiting all of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. But rounding out my portfolio, you will definitely see nature, landscape, and even food photography.
